In 2020, I co-founded Align together with Hanna Thomas Uose, a consulting firm dedicated to supporting organisations in the progressive space.

Align supports organisations, groups, and individuals in refining their vision, strengthening collaboration, and developing practical strategies to bring their ideas to life.

We provide space for reflection and planning, help teams align their goals and storytelling, and offer guidance on defining purpose, success, and long-term impact.

Through fresh ideas, tailored strategies, and creative approaches, we help turn big-picture thinking into meaningful action.

Strengthening networks

Supported a global climate policy network over three years to refine ways of working, shape an evolution process, and create clearer structuresā€”helping the team work more effectively toward its shared goals.

Shaping communications strategies

Worked with a global team over two years to craft thoughtful internal and external communications strategies, streamline workflows for an international network, and develop resources to support storytelling and media engagement.

Building more inclusive communities

Worked with a communications-focused network over three years to update recruitment and onboarding processes and design an outreach strategy rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Bringing stories to life

Designed and led the global distribution of an animated short film imagining a more just and sustainable future, inspired by lessons from the pandemic and movements for racial justice.

Empowering teams through training

Designed and delivered workshops on climate communications, strategic messaging, social justice framing, and media pitching for a range of international organisations.

Championing feminist leadership

Contributed to a practical toolkit to help organisations integrate feminist leadership principles into their structures and culture.

Creating space for alignment

Designed and facilitated retreats and strategy sessions that brought teams together for visioning, deep reflection, and impactful planning.
